During our in-home consultation, we discuss your budget, timeline, and vision for your project. Together, we explore the estimated costs and collaborate to craft a plan that reflects your unique style and needs. Once we receive a retainer, we're ready to move on to design and material selection.
Our in-house experts craft personalized designs and guide the selection process. We stand by your side through each vendor meeting, ensuring that every choice reflects your vision and needs, while providing hard figures for the cost of the project. Once the design is perfected, we then order materials and prepare to build.
Before the build begins, you'll have been provided a clear timeline & process. During the build, you can expect transparency, frequent walk-throughs, a high level of communication, and consistent follow-through. We pride ourselves on maintaining a tidy workspace and cleaning up after ourselves each day as we respect both your home and your time.
To ensure the utmost quality, we complete punch lists internally and give all of our clients ample time to ask questions and walk through the entirety of the work. Before we are done, we provide you with all the information you need for your records, including warranty packets for all of your warrantied selections. In addition, we provide a 1-year warranty for all of our work completed in your home.
